Set-Up:  Sunday, September 12 after second service, lunch provided.  If you are interested in helping please see Tom Babb. 

Sale Dates:  Wednesday, September 15 and Thursday, September 16. Times TBA.

Tear Down:  Thursday, September 16.  See Tom Babb if you are available to help.

Thanks to all who participated in any way in our 2009 Bargain Sale.  Our income totaled $4,498.38.  Expenses for childcare for worker's children, utilities, publicity and supplies totaled $351.70, leaving $4,146.68 for distribution. 

The Bargain Sale Committee designated 50% of the earnings for the Westminster Woods Chapel fund and 50% to Presbyterian Women for AgapeCare Cradle, Good Samaritan Fund at Wichita Presbyterian Manor, Brotherhood Community Ministries and the PW mission budget.

We greatly appreciate all who brought stuff, bought stuff, helped set up, helped take down, sorted, folded, fed us, and enjoyed the fellowship of working together for this mission project which touched many lives.

Each year the Presbyterian Women sponsor this bargain sale to raise money for missions.  We bring all our unwanted *treasures* to raise money for mission projects within our church and for the larger community as well.   

It's a great time of fellowship, fun way to get those closets cleaned out and earn $ for missions!
